Having
taken over the reins of the South Western Air Command of IAF, Air Marshal
M McMohan, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, along with Mrs Linda McMohan,
President Air Force Wives Welfare Association (AFWWA) (R) visited Air
Force Station, Jodhpur for the first time. They were welcomed by Air Cmde
CS Gill, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station, Jodhpur. The Air
Marshal was given a guard of honour by the officers of Air Force Station
Jodhpur on arrival.
While
addressing the officers, men and civilians of the station, the Air Marshal
emphasised the operational readiness of the station by continuous
professional training, discipline, integrity and loyalty. He exhorted
everyone to strive hard and maintain the high standards of IAF.
The
Air Marshal also visited all sub-units of the Air Force station and
interacted with the officers and men. Mrs Linda McMohan visited the AFWWA
hostel, Air Force School, Air Force Museum and other welfare organisations
being run by the Air Force Station and appreciated the good work being
done by the ladies of the station.
